The anticipation of anything seems to slow down time to almost a snails pace. We're moving house and the delightful landlord has requested a re-decorate of 1/2 the house. ( to be honest I was expecting much worse - so I feel I've got away lightly ). The time taken in doing a job that is entirely for his/her/their benefit drags on and on....
