The second piece in the A CHANGE IN THE WEATHER group of tunes is After the Storm. Its been re-used quite recently but fits in to the context of the sequence of tunes quite nicely. It is amazing how resilient people affected by disasters can be; from the Valencia floods to those in Kerr County, Texas. How they ever get over the loss of life is beyond me - but it says something very positive about the human spirit.
