The Day Has Come - from May 2024. I get appraised - like most of us I suppose - on an annual basis. Its usually the same - what do I think I do well?what do I think do could better? How do I interact with colleagues, pupils, my line manager ( what an awful expression that is ) - and of course that mighty question "Am I a good team player?" There's no " I" in team - but there is the word "me" and "mate" and "tame" and "meat" and "at" and "ta" - what a load of b------s.
